Borough Looking To Put On A Norton Show

Bacup Borough travel to face Norton United tomorrow afternoon (Saturday) kick-off 3pm and will be hoping to continue the impressive run of form that has seen them take 12 points out of the last 15. Basement boys Norton have managed just three draws from their opening eight matches but manager Brent Peters and his squad will be on their guard and looking to avoid complacency as they seek a win that could lift them into the top half of the table for the first time this season. With a week off to rest Peters is expected to have a full squad to choose from apart from the long term injured Lee Oldham and Artjoms Butorins, who is recovering from surgery. Karl Stanley is also currently unavailable. Full twitter updates as usual will be available on @bacupborough and @bacupboro.
