Managers Reaction: Frustrated Outcome

Manager Brent Peters following two draws had this to say “

To say myself and my coaching staff are frustrated with the outcome of our last two games is an under statement, Peters added” both games followed very much in the same vein, our biggest problem being decision making and at times forcing the ball forward, this rather than keeping the ball better, Peters said ” don’t get me wrong, we have played some excellent football in spasms but when you witness first hand at training just what our lads are capable of and then when it comes to match day they just do not reach those creditable high standards and constantly make wrong decisions when we are in good positions is so frustrating.
Peters added” take the two goals we concede against LR, their equaliser we were in control of the ball but the player in question makes a wrong decision to play a ball inside towards his goal, he got a bad shout in my opinion but the lad is experienced enough to go by his own instinct and not put a ball into such an area, the reason against Carlisle we struggled to open them up was when it mattered we were loose with our passing, this results in the ball being given away, the ball gets put back on us and our strikers are left frustrated.
Peters added ” without making excuses we has a club are notorious slow starters, getting one point away from home and not conceding could be looked at this is a very good point, this maybe the case but only if we return home and get three points from our next game, hopefully this will be the case and then it will not be has frustrating”
